BUSINESS DISTRICT

§ 155.175 PERMITTED USES.

In C-2 Central Business District zones, no building or premises shall be used, and no building shall be hereafter erected or structurally altered except for one of the following purposes:

(A) All uses permitted in C-1 retail business;

(B) Libraries, public parks and playgrounds, fire and police stations and other public buildings;

(D) Public and private recreation use;

(E) Rail and bus stations;

(F) Retail painting shops (no outdoor storage of materials);

(G) Retail plumbing shops, heating shops and electrical shops (no outdoor storage of materials);

(H) Signs subject to requirements set forth in §§ 155.240 through 155.245;

(I) Theaters, except outdoor; and

(J) Accessory buildings and uses customarily incident to the uses permitted in this district.

§ 155.176 BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT.

Except as provided in §§ 155.240 through 155.245, no structure shall exceed seven stories or 70 feet in height, provided that no structure or portion of a structure shall be erected to a height exceeding 45 feet on any portion of a lot less than 20 feet in distance from any portion of a lot in any AR, R-1 or R-2 District.

§ 155.177 AREA REGULATIONS.

Subject to modifications set forth in §§ 155.240 through 155.245, the area regulations are as follows.

(A) Minimum lot area. There are no minimum requirements for commercial structures.

(B) Minimum lot frontage. There are no minimum requirements except as contained in §§ 155.240 through 155.245.

(D) Minimum rear yard. There are no minimum requirements except as contained in §§ 155.240 through 155.245.

(E) Minimum side yards. There are no minimum requirements except as contained in §§ 155.240 through 155.245.
