§ 155.130 DESCRIPTION.

   An RP Residential District is a district permitting professional and semiprofessional uses compatible with surrounding residential development.

§ 155.131 PERMITTED USES.

   (A)   Childcare centers;
   (B)   Churches;
   (C)   Clinics, medical and dental;
   (D)   Contractors’ offices;
   (E)   Dancing schools;
   (F)   Daycare homes;
   (G)   Hospitals;
   (H)   Law offices;
   (I)   Nursing homes;
   (J)   Office building, professional, government and private office buildings in which no activity is carried on catering to retail trade and no stock of goods is maintained for sale;
   (K)   Planned developments;
   (L)   Public parking;
   (M)   Real estate and insurance offices;
   (N)   Tax preparation offices;
   (O)   Two-family dwellings; and
   (P)   Accessory uses.

§ 155.132 CONDITIONAL USES.

   (A)   Photo studios; and
   (B)   Public installations.

§ 155.133 BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT.

   Except as provided in §§ 155.240 through 155.245, no structure shall exceed 35 feet.

§ 155.134 AREA REGULATIONS.

   (A)   Minimum lot area. Lots shall not contain less than 7,500 square feet.
   (B)   Minimum lot frontage. There shall be a minimum lot frontage of 50 feet.
   (C)   Minimum front yard. Measured from the front property line, there shall be a front yard of not less than 20 feet.
   (D)   Minimum rear yard. Measured from the real property line, there shall be a rear yard of not less than 20 feet from the principal structure and five feet from any accessory use.
   (E)   Minimum side yard. Measured from the real property line, there shall be a side yard of not less than five feet.
