No structure shall obstruct existing solar collectors.

Any new development may be required to prepare, submit, and implement an erosion and runoff control plan when in the judgment of the building inspector or commission it presents the possibility of excessive soil loss or stormwater runoff. All developments on slopes of over eight percent, which will clear more than one acre total of vegetation or which will include impervious surfaces totaling more than 27,225* square feet shall be subject to this requirement.

* Impervious surfaces which will yield one cfs. of runoff, instantaneously in a ten-year storm.

Any new development over the height restrictions imposed by Federal Aviation Regulations shall be submitted for approval or rejection by the South Big Horn Airport Board prior to issuance of a permit and construction.
