16.- ZONING DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED
The zoning districts established by this division and by future amendments or zone changes shall be delineated on an official map maintained by the town clerk and displayed at the town's business offices.

The zoning districts will, when passed, be bounded by the centerlines of public streets or alleys or lot lines established in recorded plats.

Each zoning district permits certain land uses as a matter of right and others as conditional uses subject to review and approval of the planning commission. Within each zoning district certain performance standards apply to all land uses or structures whether permitted as uses of right or conditional uses.

A.
Manufactured home shall mean any dwelling structure that meets the definition contained in Section 18.08.160 of the Greybull Town Code.
B.
No person(s) shall occupy a manufactured home overnight within the town limits unless the manufactured home is within an established campground, otherwise allowed via a conditional use-permitted accessory use permit in certain zoning or allowed via a conditional use-permitted temporary camping permit.
C.
Camping within town limits is allowed without a permit on the US Forest Service property at the corner of North 8 th St and 13 th Ave North with permission from the USFS.

Manufactured homes may be used as temporary living facilities within any zone in town with a conditional use-permitted temporary camping permit. Permitted temporary camping permits will be issued by town council during regular monthly meetings via in-person or written request describing the need for the permit. Duration of use of the temporary living facility shall not exceed one week. Temporary living facilities must meet all code requirements for dwellings regarding water and sanitary sewer service. All connections to town utilities must be approved by Greybull Public Works and comply with all regulations as described in this Code. Temporary living facilities must be on the property (not on the street or alley) and meet all setback requirements.
