72.- APPEALS
Appeals from a decision by the building inspector must be made in writing within 30 days of the decision by the building inspector to the commission by filing a copy thereof with the town clerk. Appeals filed less than ten working days prior to the regular meeting of the commission shall be placed on the agenda of the next regular commission meeting.

Appeals from a decision of the commission may be made to district court as provided by Section 15-1-609 of the Wyoming Statutes 1977.
