§ 28-3.3

Interpretation of District Boundaries.

In determining the boundaries of districts shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
a. 
Boundaries indicated as approximately following the center line of streets, highways, alleys, railroad rights-of-way, streams, etc., shall be construed to follow such center line;
b. 
Boundaries indicated as approximately following lot lines and municipal limit lines shall be construed as following such lot lines and the municipal limit lines;
c. 
Any dimensions shown shall be in feet and measured horizontally and, when measured from a street, shall be measured from the street right-of-way line;
d. 
In cases of uncertainty or disagreement as to the true location of any district line, the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall interpret the district boundary.
