Criteria for Review.

The Planning Board shall review each item before it with respect to but not limited to:
a.
Conformity to the Master Plan.
b.
Conformity to the Official Map.
c.
Impact within the community.
d.
Impact of traffic.
e.
Impact of government services.
f.
Kind and intensity of uses permitted in the district.
g.
Social and economic characteristics of the community.
