Ordinances amended and reenacted.
That Ordinance No. 279 and Ordinance [No.] 902, as amended, be, and the same hereby, are amended and reenacted hereto consisting of sections I through XXVI. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect in accordance with the Lawrason Act.
