Class 5 Cannabis Retailers and Class 6 Cannabis Delivery Services, as said terms are defined in this chapter and section 3 of P.L. 2021, c. 16 (N.J.S.A. 24:6I-33), subject to the requirements set forth in section 12-18 and Chapter 20 of this Code.
