TOWNHOUSE - One dwelling unit in a line of at least three but no more than eight connected dwelling units where each dwelling unit is compatibly designed in relation to all other units, but is distinct by such design features as width, setback, roof design, color, exterior materials, fenestration and other features, singularly or in combination. Each dwelling unit may have up to two and one-half stories but nothing in this definition shall be construed to allow one unit over another.
