Permitted Secondary Uses.

a. 
Utility structures and facilities.
b. 
Off-street parking facilities, including the facilitation of parking for the principal use located on Block 12, lot 7, as accessory to the overall development.
c. 
Solid waste receptacles.
d. 
Emergency generators.
e. 
Private garages.
f. 
Recreation facilities.
g. 
Pedestrian and bicycle paths.
h. 
Clubhouse or other amenity buildings.
i. 
Monument entrance signs no larger than 35 square feet and shall conform to the requirements of Section 12-17A as not inconsistent with this section.
