Sec. 2.3

Permitted Land Use Regulations.

MD—R4	Any use permitted in MD/R3.		Any special exception use permitted in LMD/R3. Mobile home parks.
RO—RP	Single-family dwellings, multi-family residential, professional offices including physicians, surgeons, dentists, attorneys, engineers, architects and similar professional uses, artist studio, nursing and convalescent homes, hospitals, pharmacies, assisted living facilities, churches or other places of worship including parsonages. Child day care centers, adult day care centers.	Private garages, off-street parking areas, permitted signs, fences and walls, utility or storage buildings.	Any special exception use permitted in MD-R4. Pharmacy over 5,000 sq. ft.
PDP	Multi-family residential type units. Churches, schools, community or club buildings, and similar public and semi-public facilities, non-residential uses, offices, clinics and professional uses.	Any use permitted in RO/RP.	Any special exception use permitted in RO/RP.
CBD	Any use permitted in RO/RP. Government buildings, churches or other places of worship including Sunday schools and parsonages, retail stores such as, but not limited to, furniture, hardware, clothing, food, drug, liquor, stationery, coin, music and pet stores, service establishments such as, but not limited to, real estate, insurance and travel agencies, barber shops, beauty salons, laundries, dry cleaners, banks, savings and loan associations, indoor commercial amusements, restaurants and bars, business and professional offices, dog grooming, hotels, motels, funeral homes, mini-storage facilities, social and service clubs.	Any use permitted in RO/RP. Off-street parking areas. Off-street loading areas, accessory storage buildings, permitted signs, fences and walls.	Any special exception use permitted in RO/RP. Public utility facility. Planned commercial developments, shopping centers, automobile service stations, automobile repair shops, new and used vehicle sales, storage and service, car washes, dog kennels, veterinary clinics, plant nurseries, crematoriums.
C	Any use permitted in CBD. Churches or other places of worship including Sunday schools and parsonages, multi-family, veterinary clinics, mini-storage facilities, hotels, motels, lumber yards, garden nurseries, boat sales and service including storage, new and used automobile sales, storage and service, gas stations with no more than four (4) fuel stations, outdoor commercial amusements, funeral homes, social and service clubs (VFW, Elks, Lions, Moose, etc.).	Any use permitted in CBD.	Any special exception use permitted in CBD. Automobile service stations. Automobile repair shops, shopping centers, billboards, dog kennels, car washes, crematoriums, communication towers.
I	Light manufacturing, assembly or other light industrial or research use, warehousing in enclosed buildings, automobile repair shops, gas stations, bottle clubs, adult entertainment and communication towers.	Any use permitted in C.	Any special exception use permitted in C. Storage of liquefied petroleum products, junkyards, outdoor storage.
P/SP—GU	Government buildings, educational facilities, hospitals, day care centers, churches or other places of worship including Sunday schools and parsonages. Community or club buildings.	Thrift store associated with a church and access provided from four (4) lanes or greater arterial roadway.	Public or private schools, public utility facilities, golf courses, planned unit developments, fire stations, communication towers.
