This Ordinance shall be known and referred to as the Itasca Zoning Ordinance. The official date for adoption and effective date of this Ordinance for the purposes of amortization, discontinuation of uses, and for any section which references date of adoptions, or effective date shall be the date of the original adoption of Ordinance 594-85 of August 6, 1985, and such date shall not be modified due to subsequent amendments of this Ordinance.
