Building height shall not exceed forty-two (42) feet above grade, or two (2) stories, whichever is lower, except when recommended by the Plan Commission and approved by the Village Board, the building height may exceed forty-two (42) feet above grade, but not higher than fifty (50) feet above grade or more than two (2) stories.
