It is the intent and purpose of the view protection district to protect and preserve the view potential of property owners in areas with exceptionally scenic panoramas.

Building height in a view protection area shall not exceed twenty-five feet as measured from the average ground elevation at the building walls.

The designation of view protection district may be superimposed over any other zone district and its restrictions shall take precedence.
