A.

Any person violating the provisions of this title is subject to penalty, permit revocation, and/or other enforcement remedies, pursuant to Klickitat County Code Chapter 1.20, Chapter 15.38 and/or any other provisions of the County Code addressing enforcement.

B.

Further, violation of this title is declared unlawful and a public nuisance. Actions against such nuisances may be brought by the owner or owners of land lying within the county or by residents of the county; or the prosecuting attorney may commence actions(s) or proceeding(s) to obtain such relief as will abate or remove buildings, structures or uses or will restrain any person from setting up, erecting, building, moving or maintaining any such building or structure, or using any property contrary to the provisions of county ordinances and resolutions.
