10 - DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS
Sections:
To effectuate the comprehensive plan adopted by the board and amended from time to time, lands within the unincorporated territory of the county are classified into the following categories which are further described in subsequent sections and so indicated on the zoning map:

R1, R2 and R3 residential districts are added to this title; and these zoning districts will become R1 single-family residential district, R2 two-family residential district and R3 multifamily residential district.

RR1 and RR2 rural residential districts are added to this title; and these districts will become RR1 one-acre rural residential and RR2 two-acre rural residential.
