The following uses, upon the securing of a use permit in each case, which use permit shall prescribe conditions as to area of building site, building height limit, dimensions of yards, provisions of adequate automobile standing space, signs which may be displayed and such other matters as may be deemed to be necessary, which conditions shall be in lieu of the regulations specified by the provisions of this chapter for any matters covered by such conditions.
(1)
Motels, recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds;
(2)
Automobile service stations; provided, that all activities except the service of petroleum products, air and water shall be conducted and confined within a building, but not including junkyards, automobile wrecking, body shops, or the storage of used automobile parts;
(3)
Restaurants, refreshment stands, real estate offices.
