The regulations set out in this chapter shall apply in all districts which are combined with T districts in addition to the regulations specified therefor in this title, and shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 18.102; provided, however, that if any of the regulations specified in this chapter differ from any corresponding regulations specified in this title for any district with which a T district is combined, then in such case, the provisions of this chapter shall apply.

The regulations in this chapter for the T zoning district shall be applied to those lands zoned T on or before January 31, 1984. The T district has been superseded in intent by the R-S resort district for future use. It is the intent of the ordinance codified in this title that no lands shall be rezoned T after January 31, 1984.
