24 - C-R COMMERCIAL RESTRICTED ZONE
The C-R zone is established to provide areas for professional offices and related uses close to residential areas. This zone permits the development of light traffic generating uses to be located on heavily traveled street or highway frontages. It is intended that the use will be housed in buildings similar to residential uses, and generate substantially the same levels of traffic, noise, light, etc., as residential uses.

Uses permitted in the commercial restricted (C-R) zone shall be those professional offices or limited retail services which are similar in traffic, noise, odors, etc., generation to residential uses. Hours of operation shall be limited to seven a.m. to six p.m.:

Accessory uses:
1.
Accessory uses, buildings or structures, including parking lots, private garages and carports.
