CHAPTER 10

SPECIFIC USE DISTRICTS

10.1 - Purpose statements.

A.

O-R Office and Research District. The purpose of the O-R Office and Research District is to provide a wide range of professional office space, as well as space for scientific and general research and testing laboratories.

B.

O-R-I Office, Research and Light Industrial District. The purpose of the O-R-I Office and Light Industrial Research District is to provide for the grouping of office, research and light industrial uses compatible in scope of services and methods of operation.

10.2 - Permitted and special uses.

Table 10-1: Specific Use Districts Permitted and Special Uses lists permitted and special uses for the specific use districts. A "P" indicates that a use is considered permitted within that district. An "S" indicates that a use is considered a special use in that district and must receive special use approval as required in Section 4.3 (Special Uses). A blank space or the absence of a use from the table indicates that use is not permitted within that district.
