In district B-l, no building or structure shall be hereafter erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved or altered except for 1 or more of the following uses:
(B) Receiving store for dry or steam cleaning;
(C) Barbershops, beauty parlors and chiropody, massage or similar personal service shops;
(D) Business or commercial schools or dancing or music academies;
(E) Hospital and clinics for animals, but not open kennels;
(F) Self-service laundries and dry cleaners;
(G) Messenger and telegraph service stations;
(H) Custom dressmaking, millinery, tailoring, shoe repairing, or similar trades;
(I) Stores or shops used to conduct a retail business, including eating establishments;
(J) Shopping centers, 3 acres. The following businesses are allowed only in a shopping center complex in a B-l Business District:
(2) Shops for repair of electrical, radio and television equipment and other commodities, but not involving manufacturing on the premises;
(4) Bowling alleys, miniature golf courses and golf driving ranges; and
(5) Restaurants and drive-ins.
(L) (1) Administrative services and offices;
(2) Governmental services and offices;
(3) Detention facilities and jails;
(5) Convalescent services;
(6) Educational services;
(7) College and university facilities;
(8) Religious assembly must comply with off-street parking and loading regulations;
(M) Banks and detached banking facilities (ATM);
(P) Convenience store or filling station;
(R) Office buildings used only for the administration functions of companies, corporations, social or philanthropic organizations or societies;
(S) Professional offices limited to: accountants, architects and engineer's, brokers, planners, dentists, real estate and insurance, lawyers, landscape architects, chiropractors, doctors; and
(T) Service facilities limited to: mortuaries, photographic studios, schools, churches, physical therapy, counseling services for rehabilitation, treatment or therapy, and child care centers or preschools, provided they meet child care center standards in §
156.304(D)(1) through (14).
