In the conservancy district the following uses and their accessory uses and structures are allowed outright:
§ 18.52.030 Uses allowed by conditional use permit.
In the conservancy district the following uses and their accessory uses and structures are allowed by conditional use permit issued in accordance with Chapter 18.92 OMC:
Chapters 18.56 through 18.84 OMC, inclusive, list general standards that apply to uses and accessory uses and structures allowed within this district.
