It is hereby declared that the City of Pottsboro will govern all zoning aspects listed in the Table of Contents of this ordinance. Further, this ordinance supersedes and replaces all previously dated zoning ordinances, Planning and Zoning Establishment (81-8-9), General Provisions, Chapter 3, Section 6 "Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks;" Section 7 "Standard for Mobile Home Parks;" Section 8 "Standard Conditions for Mobile Homes or HUD-Code Manufactured Homes;" Section 9 "Non-Conforming Uses for Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks;" General Provisions, Chapter 8, Section 10 "Planning and Zoning Commission Established;" General Provisions.

This ordinance shall govern the zoning and development of any and all buildings, structures, and land located within the Pottsboro city limits.
