The Business District–Light district (B-1) is established to accommodate neighborhood services, light commercial and light office uses developed under the standards of the B-1 District. B-1 district uses are designed to provide a compatible relationship between the B-1 development and adjacent residential areas.
13.1 Permitted Uses:
A building or premise in a B-1 District shall be used only for the following purposes:
1. Uses as listed in Appendix
1, Schedule of Uses, of this ordinance.
13.2 Permitted Special Uses:
The following Special uses shall be permitted in a B-1 District, when granted in accordance with Section
17:
