§ 2
ZONING REQUIRED FOR PLAT APPROVAL IN TOWN LIMITS.
2.1
No application for a plat of any subdivision within the Town limits shall be accepted by the Town until the area comprised by the proposed plat shall have been permanently zoned by the Council.
2.2
The Council shall not review any plat of any subdivision where a petition for annexation is pending before the Council.
2.3
The Council shall consider a plat application for property that is in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the Town.
