The Single-Family Residential District (R) provides for residential development on lots with a minimum building site of 5,500 square feet and a minimum indoor, livable floor area of 1,200 square feet, excluding porches, breezeways, garages and accessory structures.
7.1 Permitted Uses:
A building or premise in an “R” District shall be used only for the following purposes:
1. Uses as listed in Appendix
1, Schedule of Uses, of this Ordinance.
7.2 Permitted Special Uses:
The following Special uses shall be permitted in an “R” District, when granted in accordance with Section
17:

7.3 Height and Area Regulations:

2, Area, Setback, Height, Coverage, and Density Regulations.
7.4 Fence:
Fencing must be of new material consisting of either vinyl/PVC, wood or rod iron and not more than eight (8) feet in height and cannot extend beyond the front buildline.
