§ 14 B-2

BUSINESS DISTRICT–HEAVY.

The Business District–Heavy district (B-2) is established to accommodate uses which require considerable space for display, sales, or storage, or by the nature of the uses are generally not compatible with residential uses are located in the B-2 Commercial District in addition to uses allowed in the B-1 district.
14.1 
Permitted Uses:
A building or premise in a B-2 District shall be used only for the following purposes:
1. 
Uses as listed in Appendix 1, Schedule of Uses, of this ordinance.
14.2 
Permitted Special Uses:
The following Special uses shall be permitted in a B-2 District, when granted in accordance with Section 17:

Uses as listed in Appendix 1, Schedule of Uses, of this ordinance.
