§ 13-12.4
Area and Yard Requirements.
Every lot in this district shall meet the following standards:
a.
Minimum lot area - five acres.
b.
Minimum lot width - 250 feet at the street line.
c.
Minimum lot depth - 275 feet from the street line.
d.
Minimum side yard - 40 feet each from the lot line.
e.
Minimum front yard - 65 feet from the street line.
f.
Minimum rear yard - 40 feet from the lot line.
g.
Maximum building coverage - 30% of the total lot area.
