Principal Uses and Structures Permitted.
The following uses and structures shall be permitted in the R-C residential-commercial districts:

Detached single family dwellings.
b.
Municipal buildings and grounds.
c.
Antique and/or gift shop.
d.
Arts and crafts shop.
e.
Beauty salon.
f.
Book store.
g.
Clothing and apparel store or sport shop.
h.
Day care center or nursery school.
i.
General offices.
j.
Photographer's studio.
k.
Professional use.
l.
Travel agency.
m.
Video shop.
