(A)
No permit to construct an accessory structure shall be granted unless the primary structure is already in place on the site or the construction thereof is in progress and essentially complete.
(B)
No more than one utility building or one unattached garage shall be permitted on a parcel.

(1)
No lean-to or similar attachment shall be constructed to an accessory building for the purpose of enabling exterior storage.
(2)
Exterior storage shall be prohibited under permitted extensions, such as carports.

(A)
No accessory buildings on an internal lot may be located within ten feet of the side or rear lot lines or from the designated setback on a corner lot and not less than three feet from a recorded or platted easement.
(B)
No private garage used or intended for the storage of vehicles and personal property shall exceed the below listed maximum areas nor shall any access door or other opening exceed the height of ten feet.
(C)
No accessory building or structure shall be allowed that is larger than the footprint area of the primary residence.

(B)
Accessory buildings may be located any place to the rear of the principal building, subject to the building code and the fire zone regulations, except where prohibited by other sections of this chapter.

(B)
Any accessory building shall be considered as an integral part of the principal building if it is located less than six feet from the principal building.

Accessory structures located on stream or river frontage lots may be located between the public road and the principal structure provided it is clearly demonstrated that physical conditions require the location.
