- GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT C-3
General business district C-3 is established to provide sites for more diversified types of businesses adjacent to major streets and highways.
In district C-3, no building or land shall be used nor any building or structure erected, which is arranged, intended or designed to be used for other than one or more of the following uses:

Any use permitted in district C-1.
(2-2)
Any use permitted in district C-2.
(2-3)
Automobile service station, subject to the requirements of article XVI, section (3-6).
(2-4)
Automobile washing operations.
(2-5)
Bus passenger stations.
(2-6)
Automobile, mobile home and recreational vehicle sales lots (both new and used vehicles).
(2-7)
Motels and hotels.
(2-8)
Rooming and boarding houses.
(2-9)
Tourist lodges.
(2-10)
Apartments operated as an accessory use to the principal permitted use of the building and subject to the requirements of article XVI, section (3-1).
(2-11)
Drive-in restaurants.
(2-12)
Veterinary hospitals or clinics.
(2-13)
Auto and truck repair shop.
(2-14)
Indoor theatres.
(2-15)
Newspaper printing shop.
Sign regulations shall conform to article XV of this ordinance.
These regulations shall conform to the provisions established in article VIII, section 4, or five feet from the property line, whichever is greater.
Height regulations shall be the same as those specified in article VIII, section 5.
Parking standards shall conform to article XIV of this ordinance.
