Sec. 30-36.- Use regulations.

A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:

Agricultural uses. The term "agricultural uses" shall include, but is not limited to, each of the following: (1) the production and storage of field and truck crops; (2) the production of livestock and poultry; and (3) the keeping and maintaining of livestock and poultry.

Single-family dwellings incident to agricultural-open uses;

Individual mobile homes as provided in Chapter 30, Article XII, sections 30-176 and 30-177;

Barns, stables, or any other structure used in connection with or incidental to any agricultural use;

Orchards and vineyards;

Greenhouses and nurseries;

Open space uses such as brush and pasture land, public parks, golf courses, and multi-acreage country estates.

Sec. 30-37. - Height regulations.

No building for residential purposes shall exceed a height of thirty-five (35) feet or two and one-half (2½) stories.

Sec. 30-38. - Area regulations.

The lots or land in this district shall have an area of two (2) acres or greater.

Sec. 30-39. - Parking regulations.

Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the requirements for specific uses set forth in Article XV, sections 30-226, 30-227 and 30-228 of this chapter.
