R-10 LOW DENSITY SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS

Sec. 30-63.- Use regulations.

A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:

Any use permitted in the R-S-O District.

Sec. 30-64. - Height regulations.

The height regulations are the same as those in the R-S District regulations.

Sec. 30-65. - Area regulations.

The area regulations are the same as those in the R-S District regulations, with the exception of "minimum lot area, width and depth." The permitted minimums for the R-10 District are as follows:

(1)

Minimum lot area. Ten thousand (10,000) square feet.

(2)

Minimum lot width. Seventy-five (75) feet measured at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet behind the front line.

(3)

Minimum lot depth. No less than an average depth of one hundred (100) feet.

Sec. 30-65.1. - Parking regulations.

Off-street parking spaces shall be provided for at least two (2) vehicles. All nonvehicular parking (such as boats, trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, etc.) shall be located behind the principal structure and not be visible from the street.
