Earlham City Zoning Code

For the purpose of this Zoning Ordinance, the following six classes of districts are established within the City as shown on the official zoning map, which, together with all explanatory matter thereon, is adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this Zoning Ordinance:

   A – Agricultural District

   R – Residence District

   C – Commercial District

   M – Industrial District

   F1 – Flood Plain

   F2 – Flood Hazard Area
