The F1 District is established to accommodate floodwater. Only uses which will not interfere with the flow of water or decrease the water storage capacity of this area are permitted.

   1.   Permitted Uses. Land shall be used only for the following purposes, provided that no buildings shall be permitted:

      A.   Parking lots;

      B.   Railroad rights-of-way and trackage;

      C.   Farms and apiaries;

      D.   Forests;

      E.   Plant nurseries;

      F.   Pastures;

      G.   Parks, including picnic tables, overnight camper lots and similar facilities normally found in park areas;

      H.   Golf ball driving ranges;

      I.   Tennis courts and similar game areas, including structures normally used in the playing of the game;

      J.   Nature and wildlife reserves.
