Where permitted in commercial districts, all auto repair, equipment repair and body repair activities must take place within a completely enclosed building. Outdoor storage is permitted only where incidental to auto repair and body repair, provided that such storage is completely screened so as not to be visible from residential areas or public rights-of-way. Screening is subject to provisions of salvage yard screening requirements of Section 165.46(1)(C)(15). Any spray painting must take place within structures designed for that purpose.
