The following principal uses may be permitted on review by the Board in accordance with provisions contained herein:

   (A)   Model home;

   (B)   Drive-up windows for any permitted use;

   (C)   Outdoor storage and display of items; and

   (D)   Any other use determined by the Board to be of the same general character as the foregoing permitted uses on review.
