§ 19.01
PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.
Property and buildings in an “SA” Suburban Agricultural District shall be used only for the following purposes:
(A) Single-family dwelling;
(B) Farm;
(C) Nursery and greenhouse;
(D) Roadside stand offering for sale only products grown on the premises;
(E) Accessory uses or buildings, which are customarily incidental to any of the above stated uses;
(F) Group home; provided that a new group home shall not be located within one-fourth of a mile from another group home;
(G) Elder family home; provided that a new elder family home shall not be located within one-fourth of a mile from another elder family home; and
(H) Solar garden.
