The following uses are specifically prohibited in the “I-2” General Industrial District:

   (A)   Dwellings, except for guard or caretaker on the premises; and

   (B)   Churches or schools, hospitals, clinics and other institutions for human care, except when incidental to a permitted use; and

   (C)   Solar farm.
