(A)   A mobile home that is not a manufactured home shall be parked or stored only in a mobile home park or mobile home sales area.

   (B)   A mobile home that is not a manufactured home shall not be occupied either temporarily or permanently while it is parked or stored in any area within the incorporated limits except in a mobile home park authorized under the ordinances of the city.
