Property and buildings in an “R-1” Single-Family Residential District shall be used only for the following purposes:

   (A)   Dwelling, single-family detached;

   (B)   Park, playground or community center;

   (C)   Accessory uses or buildings which are customarily incidental to any of the above uses;

   (D)   Group home; provided that a new group home shall not be located within one-fourth of a mile from another group home;

   (E)   Elder family home; provided that a new elder family home shall not be located within one-fourth of a mile from another elder family home;

   (F)   Solar garden; and

   (G)   Accessory dwelling unit.
