(A)   No person shall park or store in areas zoned residential any truck that is one and one-half tons or larger. Trucks may be parked for the purpose of loading or unloading adjacent to the place of parking for a period not to exceed 24 hours.

   (B)   The provisions of this section shall apply to school buses, but shall not apply to city or county maintenance vehicles, parked adjacent to the project, or other vehicles so designated by the Council.
