The following principal uses may be permitted on review by the Board in accordance with provisions contained herein:

   (A)   Garages for the repairing and servicing of motor vehicles not including body repair or painting;

   (B)   Funeral homes and mortuaries;

   (C)   Drive-up windows for any permitted use;

   (D)   Outdoor storage and display of items; and

   (E)   Any other use determined by the Board to be compatible with the other permitted uses allowed in this district.
