Property and buildings in an “R-2” Two-Family Residential District shall be used only for the following purposes:
(A) Any permitted use in the “R-1” Single-Family Residential District;
(B) Two-family dwelling;
(C) One-family row dwelling (party wall) with not more than two dwellings in a row or building, the units of which may be on individual fee simple lots;
(D) Accessory uses or buildings which are customarily incidental to any of the above stated uses; and
(E) Solar garden.

PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.
