Any person(s) who erects, constructs, alters, repairs, converts, maintains, or uses any building, structure or land in violation of this section shall be subject to the following penalties: A fine not to exceed $500 per day for the first offense and a fine not to exceed $1,000 per day for the second offense or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days or to community service for a period of 90 days for each and every day of violation.
