Within five calendar days of passage of this section, Sundays excepted, this section shall be presented by the Borough Clerk and Mayor. The Mayor shall, within 10 days after receiving the Ordinance, Sundays excepted, either approve the Ordinance by affixing his signature, which shall make the Ordinance effective subject to publication or the Mayor shall return it to the Council together setting forth his objections thereto or any item or past thereof. No ordinance, including this one, shall take effect without the Mayor's approval, unless the Mayor fails to return the Ordinance to the Council within 10 days, Sundays excepted, or unless the Council opens consideration of the Ordinance following its return, shall by a vote of two-thirds of all the members of the Council, resolve to override the veto.
