No foliage or structural features shall extend into the cross visibility area between 3 1/2 feet and seven feet above the surface of the public sidewalk.

Intersection of driveways and public rights-of-way. A triangle having one side 10 feet long and running along the driveway and one side 20 feet long and running along the public right-of-way, said length beginning at their intersection and the third side formed by a line connecting the two ends.

Intersection of two public rights-of-way. A triangle having two sides "x" feet long and running along each public right-of-way, said length beginning at their intersection and the third side formed by a line connecting the two ends.

Off-street parking areas. Landscaping shall be provided in all off-street parking areas, consistent with the standards in § 25-45 (Auto and Bicycle Parking and Loading).
