No sign shall be erected, placed, established, painted, created, or maintained in the City which is not in conformance with the standards, procedures, and other requirements of these provisions. All signs erected within the Firebaugh City limits shall be subject to the sign application procedures within these provisions. The regulations in this chapter are in addition to those set forth in the California Building Code and the Electrical Code, as adopted, and any amendments made thereto by the City, and the nuisance provisions in the Firebaugh Municipal Code.
