ARTICLE XXXV

- VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES

Sec. 48-2298. - Enforcement authority.

The zoning officer and fire marshal are designated and authorized to enforce this chapter. However, it shall also be the duty of all officers, citizens and employees of the city, particularly all members of the police department, to assist the zoning officer by reporting to him any new construction, reconstruction, improved land uses, or upon any seeming violation.
